Booking Terms

All bookings require a non-refundable $50 booking fee. The booking fee reserves your slot and is applied to your final service total. Appointments may be rescheduled without fee until 8:00 AM local time on service day. After 8:00 AM on service day, a $50 rebook fee applies.

Onsite Final Pricing

Online pricing is an estimate based on the details supplied during booking. Final invoice totals may adjust after onsite inspection for condition-based labor, approved add-ons, or manager-authorized adjustments. We will explain any material adjustment before completing the service. Detailers can mark cash payments onsite or email a secure card payment link.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe or Square. ZQ Creations does not store full card numbers in WordPress. The payment provider’s terms and privacy practices apply to its checkout experience.

Transactional Communications

By booking, customers agree to receive transactional appointment communications by email and, when selected during booking, by SMS. These messages are used to confirm, schedule, service, invoice, or otherwise support an existing appointment.

Optional Marketing

Marketing email consent is optional and separate from booking updates. Customers may optionally join an SMS marketing waitlist for future promotional text messaging once that channel is activated. Marketing consent is not required to purchase services and can be withdrawn through the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
