Terms of Service

Booking Terms

All bookings require a non-refundable $50 booking fee. The booking fee reserves your slot and is applied to your final service total. Appointments may be rescheduled without fee until 8:00 AM local time on service day. After 8:00 AM on service day, a $50 rebook fee applies.

Onsite Final Pricing

Final invoice totals may adjust after onsite inspection for condition-based labor, approved add-ons, or manager-authorized adjustments. Detailers can mark cash payments onsite or email a secure card payment link.

Communications Consent

By booking, customers agree to receive transactional appointment communications by email and, when opted in, by SMS. Marketing communications are separate and can be managed in future preferences.
