Data We Store

We store customer contact details, appointment details, vehicle details (including last 6 VIN characters), selected services/add-ons, payment metadata, newsletter subscriptions, and consent records required to fulfill bookings and invoices.

Why We Store It

Data is used for booking operations, detailer assignment, reminders, invoices, payment reconciliation, service verification, and optional newsletter marketing communications.

Payment Data

Card payments are processed by Stripe or Square. We do not store full card numbers in WordPress. We store payment references such as checkout session IDs, invoice links, and payment status.

Marketing Consent

Marketing email subscriptions and SMS waitlist opt-ins are optional. Transactional emails for bookings and invoices are separate from marketing communications.

Access Control

Detailers see assigned jobs. Managers and administrators can view broader booking and pricing controls based on role permissions in WordPress.
