ZQ Creations is a Colorado auto-detailing business. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, request service, book an appointment, or join our marketing list.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide, including your name, email address, phone number, service address, appointment details, vehicle details (including the last 6 VIN characters if supplied), selected services and add-ons, notes, and marketing preferences. We also keep booking, invoice, payment-status, newsletter-subscription, and consent records. For abuse prevention and service reliability, our booking and newsletter systems may record technical information such as an IP address and browser user agent.

How We Use Information

We use information to quote, schedule, perform, support, and invoice detailing services; assign work to detailers; send appointment updates; process payments; maintain business records; prevent fraud or abuse; and, only with optional consent, send marketing emails or maintain an SMS marketing waitlist.

Payments and Service Providers

Card payments are processed by Stripe or Square. We do not store full card numbers in WordPress. We retain limited payment references, such as checkout session IDs, invoice links, payment status, and amounts, to reconcile a booking. We may share information with service providers that help us operate the site, process payments, communicate with customers, or fulfill booked services, but only for those purposes.

Marketing Choices

Marketing email and SMS-waitlist choices are optional and separate from required appointment communications. You can stop marketing emails through the unsubscribe link included in those messages or by contacting us. Transactional messages about an existing booking may still be sent when needed to provide the service.

Marketing Email Measurement

Our promotional emails use uniquely coded links and a small tracking image to measure delivery, opens when the recipient’s email program loads images, and link clicks. We use this information to understand whether subscribers engage with a campaign and to improve future messages. You can avoid future promotional-email measurement by unsubscribing from marketing emails.

Cookies and Website Tracking

See our Cookie Policy. As of this effective date, we do not use advertising pixels, behavioral advertising cookies, or website analytics tags to profile website visitors. Marketing-email measurement described above is not used to profile website visitors. If website tracking changes, we will update the Cookie Policy before using the new tool.

Data Sharing and Retention

We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for bookings, customer support, payment reconciliation, tax or legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Newsletter information is retained until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove it, subject to records we must keep by law.

Security and Access

We use role-based access in WordPress so detailers can see assigned jobs and managers or administrators can access broader booking and pricing controls. No system can guarantee absolute security, so please do not send full payment-card details by email or through booking notes.

Your Questions and Requests

You may request access, correction, deletion, or help with your marketing preferences by emailing zeke@zqcreations.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children and International Visitors

Our services and website are directed to Colorado customers and are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. We do not intentionally offer services to people in the European Union or monitor their behavior there. If our practices or service area change, we will update this policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when our data practices change. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
